Research Of Workflow Management System And Using In Land Register

Workflow is a technology which is used in operation modeling and realization business processes reorganization in the business calculatation. The content of workflow is a serial of connection with each parts , taking action of operation activity or mission automatically. Workflow manage system is a system that is designed to define initiate ,manage and optimize workflow by software. The goal of workflow is to make generous assignments and activities to coordinate well with each other and to send the correct information to the right person at exact time , which make sure to accomplish the correct operation flow. The apply of workflow manage system can accelerate the interal business and management flow, rise the efficiency of dealing and realizing dispose automation or semiautomation.This paper first researched the reference model of workflow and explained every main element and interface of Workflow managment system. Raised a solution based on J2EE platform according to the reference model of workflow management system, aiming directly at the shortage of distrbuted workflow control system,such as the awkwardness in the aspect of workflow definition and the difficulty of the complex workflow definition and so on. It also give a design of workflow engine by research of workflow engine realization, analyzing the composition and behavior characteristic of workflow engine and checking the coordinate relationship of process object. In this paper, designed every center part of workflow management system including workflow engine, work list manager and work process monitor, as well as working out each function pattern of these concretelyA practical process of cadastral register is used as a example to test the workflow management system which are designed and developed according to this paper. The consequence of the testing indicates that workflow engine act as the predict requirement, the function of each part is acting normally.
