In recent years, remote sensing and GIS, GPS technology and database technology in many fields are very good application, especially in the land use informationization management. Demonstration area is NongBaShi in xinjiang production and construction corps of this paper, using GIS and remote sensing technology, combined with demonstration area GPS data established the corps and the land use database and management information system. The main research contents of papers and research findings are:(1) This paper firstly based on the land use management information system development background and significance of the research, confirming the system design and development objective and the research contents; By understanding the domestic and foreign research progress, and interprets the land use management information system design and development of related techniques and methods.(2) Based on the National science and technology support plan supported, and cultivated land data, field investigation data and remote sensing data as the main data sources, realizing the acquisition and processing of database data, including remote sensing image data gathering and processing, vector data acquisition and processing, the attribute data acquisition and processing, the field GPS survey data acquisition and processing and dynamic monitoring for the system to realize the remote sensing image data prepared do data fusion processing. The spatial data processing are mainly used ERDAS MAGINE8.7, ArcGIS9.3 software realization.(3) Kinds of data of acquisition and processing can be entered into the database, Among them, the spatial data stored in ArcSDE middle engine database and attribute data directly to store Oraclellg database, and realizing data quality control,data inventory format standardization, database table naming standardized design, eventually established remote sensing image database, vector database, image classification database and land use dynamic monitoring results database and attribute database;(4) The system design using C/S (Client/Server) system structure; Based on vb.net language and ArcGIS Engine for embedded components of development; Database using Oraclellg; The spatial data to ArcSDE engine as the data storage; Realizing the corps of land use data to browse, search, statistics, analysis and land use dynamic monitoring function.
