| The Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate has began the construction of information since2007.The construction has made the prominent contribution to the e-government information of the national people’s procuratorate e-government.The building of centralization mode of the municipal procuratorial organs put more pressure on maintenance and construction of Municipal People’s Procuratorate. Municipal people’s procuratorate has been submitted to the Information Office to be a pilot unit of operational implementation,which will undertake an important responsibility of summing up experience of e-government operations.This article using the development tools of Thunisoft company.Artery, based on the J2EE framework, combining with the Oracle database.using Tomcat as application server, refering to ITIL and ISO20000standard, combining operations management with software information, developed the Municipal Procuratorate electronic operational service system.The system realizes the automation, high efficiency, and integration of operations management.The Municipal Procuratorate electronic operational service system implements the five processes of ITIL,asset management, knowledge base management, maintenance management, supporting process management and my desktop.The five processes includes problem management, accident management, configuration management, release management and change management.They are the core of operational service.Asset management manage all service asset.Knowledge base management provides the function of storing and sharing knowledge for operational platform.Supporting process management offers rich daily management functionality.My desktop module showed the functions which users are more concerned.Maintenance management manage all organizations,rights for the system.Municipal Procuratorate electronic operational service system has been put into production.The system improve comprehensive operational management level hugely for Municipal Procuratorate. |
