Design And Implementation Of Maintenance Support System For Xuzhou Light Trail Train Company

Xuzhou Light Trail Train Company's maintenance support management information system is an important part of the company's operation management system. Its developing goal is to conduct comprehensive, accurate and prompt management to all tools and equipments'basic information, correct/fix management and maintenance management information in all maintenance transactions. It also provides accurate support information for all types of maintenance tasks.According to real business requirement, this system's main functions include maintenance basic information management function, maintenance resource information management function, maintenance transaction information management function and maintenance record information management function. The maintenance resource management function is tracking maintenance resources'status, which are all the tools and equipments'status used for maintenance. Through the above functions, maintenance engineers can accurately get each maintenance tool's information, using status and correcting status, so that they can guarantee maintenance operation's quality requirement. As for software design, this system's overall structure is client-server module, transaction management and data maintenance are processing in background server end, and client end uses web browser running environment to support engineer's on-site maintenance operations. Database platform completely records each deficiency and its corresponding maintenance task information, test data and cost information, generates integrated electrical maintenance record information.This maintenance support management system is developed by Java and J2EE technical structures. It uses MVC module in general. Applied server programming is developed by Java, and background database server uses Oracle. The system has been finished programming and internal testing. It achieves its current developing goal, and has apparent improvement in data accuracy and promptness of equipment running status and test data update compared to previous system.
