Our military radar equipment’s maintenance and support exist the following problems:long cycle, high cost, weapons and equipment in good condition cannot reach the combat readiness requirements. Comprehensive analysis, our military radar’ maintenance and support face several major challenges:Senior equipment sector cannot on the whole get the real-time information about the equipment of the subordinate units. The allocation of equipment maintenance supports resources cannot be done globally optimal. There are a great number of information transmission links as well as large overheads. Materials claiming process is complex and takes a long cycle which affects efficiency of equipment’s maintenance and support. It is necessary for our military to build a more perfect, and adapting to the radar maintenance’ management system, which is able to efficiently manage our troop’s radar maintenance equipment and improve radar’s maintenance and support.This paper describes the design and implementation process of troop’s radar maintenance information management system. Firstly, it described the background and premise of the development of radar maintenance information management system, making clear of the practical significance and the theory of the system development. It also introduces research’s status of this system at home and abroad. Showing the main objectives of this paper as well as the organizational structure, it makes a summary description of the paper. Secondly, the paper details requirement elicitation of the radar’s maintenance information management. It applies requirement analysis from the requirement elicitation. Thirdly, in accordance with the requirements elicitation and analysis of the results, processing detailed functional design of the system, describing it with the combination of sequence diagram and class diagram, the paper designs the system’s database storage table structure and the relation of tables. Lastly, on the basis work above, based on J2EE platform, the system realizes B/S structure of radar maintenance information management on the Tomcat application server, the system implements with the help of system screenshots and key code.The system eventually realizes the radar maintenance information management functions. It also builds a system setting, raising management, allocation management and query statistics. It is able to manage and maintenance the entire system flexibly. Processing, analysing and store allocation and equipment financing of the radar maintenance of information management. In the meanwhile, the system also provides a querying way to search the contents of equipment information and user information, it is convenient for users to understand the information in the system as well as share information in time.T he operation of the system meets the needs of users basically. The radar maintenance information management system can be used to make high-level equipment sector, from the overall, real-time and fully get the information of the subordinate units, so that they can make decisions to allocate equipment maintenance support resources to globally optimal. The use of this system can effectively reduce the material claiming time-consuming, which accelerates the deployment of supplies.Ⅰ n summary, the use of the troop radar maintenance information management system will help to improve efficiency of our troop radar maintenance information management.
