For the implementation of national energy conservation policy, domestic provinces and municipalities have introduced oil and gas recycling management plans. Various types of gas stations are required to meet the"Standards for Gas Station Air Pollutant Emission"(GB20952-2007)within a specified time limit. At the same time, oil companies are hiking all over the country implementing full renovation project for oil and gas recycling system. The construction process, inspection process, maintenance of oil and gas recycling system and regular inspection of environmental protection work must be in accordance with GB20953-2007 standard to perform the compliance testing on the three indicators: airtight, liquid resistance and gas-liquid ratio. Therefore, the testing equipment for oil and gas recycling system is in urgent need.Airtight, liquid resistance and gas-liquid ratio limit are the three key indicators to assess the performance of the controlling of the emissions of oil and gas recycling system. National standard"Standards for Gas Station Air Pollutant Emission"(GB20952-2007) has made detailed specifications on the emission limit, testing methods and testing equipment performance for the above three key indicators.The design of this project is in strict accordance with"Standards for Gas Station Air Pollutant Emission"(GB20952-2007) on fluid resistance, airtight and gas-liquid ratio detection device.By considering the current actual needs in practice for the extra testing functions in the construction of gas station oil and gas recycling system, two instrument models were designed and developed for the testing of oil and gas recycling system. SDP-102 airtight liquid resistance tester, used for the tightness and liquid resistance testing program, and ALT-102 gas-liquid ratio tester, used for the gas-liquid ratio testing program.In order to handle the negative pressure impact on the speed of oil pump in the fuel tank, SDP-102 airtight liquid resistance tester added a negative pressure testing function. In addition, the design of the pipe connections is optimized to facilitate the quick on-site personnel operation.During the renovation construction of gas stations, sometimes the direction of gas flow in the vacuum assisted pump is installed reversely. In order to handle this case, ALT-102 gas-liquid ratio tester added a function to detect the flow direction (positive/negative) and instantaneous flow speed and can be used on-site to detect the source of equipment failure in a timely manner. According to the on-site needs to synchronize the speed of gas pump with a stopwatch, development of ALT-102 added an automatic timer when the gas flows through the equipment. This design improves the efficiency of on-site testing personnel. In addition, the pipes and connection with the pump gun adapter have been optimized to facilitate quick operation of the on-site testing personnel.After one year of research and trial production, the two instruments for testing oil and gas recycling system are completed. SDP-102 airtight liquid resistance tester and ALT-102 gas-liquid ratio tester have been designed, manufactured and in trial usage. Testing methods on oil and gas recycling system have been established. The prototype has been tested and certified by measurement and the various functions and performance indicators are in line with the relevant testing requirements specified in national standard"Standards for Gas Station Air Pollutant Emission"(GB 20952-2007).
