Design And Implementation Of The Hefei Yanshang Media Company Administration Management System

In modern society, the rapid development of Internet technology has won a great progress in all areas, which has brought a revolutionary change to the human society. Our country has realized the importance of information Technology in every industry,therefore she decided to speed up the overall pace of construction. Enterprise managers begin to recognize that in order to help enterprises developing rapidly in a healthy way, they have to strengthen the competitiveness from both management and technical aspects. Under this background, business administration came into office systems.Based on the full understanding of administrative office management application background and practical significance, this paper established a prototype system which can meet banquet media company’s administrative office management requirements. After detailed analysis of the system functional requirements, using software design of B/S architecture to the whole construction, and at the same time, using Unified Modeling Language to create Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, the Activity Diagram and the State Diagram to divide up each module system, the database applied the most commonly used SQL Server2012to set up data center system, and ran C#.NET software for programming. Based on the above model and database, the author draw the flow chart and data flow diagram for each module, and on the basis of building the ER diagram, and also designed the system database table relationships. After all the preparatory work are done, the author made the implementation of file management, and used black box testing method to test the system.After several months of development, this system had a test run and performed well, which can meet the needs of administrative office management of Hefei Yanshang Media Company. In the mean time, after one month of deployment, the system has been proved to be reliable and safe. The functions of this system are feasible. A series of technologies the author has done research on can be very good to satisfy the actual needs of enterprises.
