Xinjiang university of finance and economics has rapid development in recent years, the scale of student and teacher has big expansion. At present it has two campus and more than4000students and teachers. In order to improve the existing information environment of it, the college bought some computer device. Although the hardware environment of college had great improvement, matching software environment is relatively backward. There are some obviously backward software system such as computer lab management system, OA system and educational administration system. The computer lab management system of this college use RS485computer lab management system, in the management and charge use a traditional manual charging that is ID card billing mode. In this case, its bus layout is reasonable, normal and wire selection is reasonable. Because it was used ling time has no campus network interface.Through three months investigation this dissertation summed up actual requirements of college and wrote the require analysis. It divided the function modules. The system has eight modules, support two usage mode that is accounts mode and swipe cad mode. These modes did not increase hardware investment. Students use account and password use system, it has the characters of easy installation and easy operation. Swiping card pattern support various kinds barcode card, magnetic stripe card, RF IC and ID. The swipe card pattern can reasonably distribute computer source, guides students to use computer. It supports swipe card at one’s own expense but teaching at public expense. The system supports uniform finishing use computer and noting swipe card, which can switch between different operate pattern and do not need to reinstall.The computer lab management system based on smart card of this dissertation is according to the actual needs of the college. The dissertation complete the require analysis, overall design and implementation. This dissertation studies and expounds SQL Server database as the background, the Microsoft Visual c++as the main development technology. Many of the techniques have been used in the process of development, include Winsock communication technology, MFC technology, ADO database access technology and Windows API technology etc.
