University Laboratory Management Information System Design Based On C / S Mode And Realization

The thesis proposed a management system based on C/S pattern for university laboratory process and implementation. The author works in an ordinary college. Because the college locates in a poor mountainous area where material and technology is quite bad, the school's laboratory data process is completed manually. The laboratory receives the correlation data from the school commodity equipment department and administration office and then carries on the statistics and the distribution through the laboratory work plan. Because the management material data is complex, the information search and the preservation is not extremely convenient. At the same time the document forms were not unified. It creates the information paper not to be able to share. Furthermore, the function of the university laboratory has already developed from the past sole teaching function to the combination of the collection teaching, t scientific research and development. This causes the complication of the laboratory supervisory work. The main content of laboratory supervisory work includes equipment, teaching duty, experimental project, rules and regulations and so on. In the past we all use the manual management. The management information is big and the operation is tedious. The rate of using equipment was very difficult to enhance.The thesis elaborates structure system and the principle of university laboratory management information system in view of the above question. It summarizes the method of exploitation and the realization technology and proposes a system developing process and implementation step.The main content and innovation spots are:1) In detail Elaborating basic principle of the management information system and the elementary knowledge of database system in detail.2) Designing one kind of MIS data platform based on C/S the pattern, developing a laboratory management information system which may move correctly. What's more important, it solve the problem of database security and data integrality by creating log file and reversing data.3) Attempting to use a quite advanced database SQL to inquire the optimized strategy of technology and enhance the system the running rate. 4) Realizing multistage user management, unifying the security management of the SQL database and the security policy design of platform itself. It has provided a strong security.
