Nowadays, the method for Laboratory Teaching and Attendance Management is mainly by roll calling the students. This method not only wastes too much time and influences the class qualities, but also records less information. So more advance method is need to replace the former. New hardware and software technique has ready along with the development of database technique, Large Scale Integrated circuit tech and wire and less communications tech. Radio Frequency IC Card tech is auto identify tech raising recent years, it can no contact-intercommunicate among read-write base and responder by wireless radiofrequency mode and gain the aim if object identify and data exchange. The research of Radio Frequency IC Card tech has been the new develop direction of IC card. Radio Frequency IC card has been the hot current in campus application. I combine the material situation in campus lab teaching management work and use the new method settling the old question; I also design a Radio Frequency IC Card System design for campus Laboratory Teaching Management in the base of the development and application of Radio Frequency IC Card Tech.The system is a typical MIS, the design is mainly consist of database building, connecting, maintenance and former application development, reading the card use the wireless communication reach of Radiofrequency card, data collection can be implementing by wireless reader card. The system comprises the Radio Frequency card, antennae, readers and computer. And the system transfers the information among the readers and Radio Frequency IC card by wire radio frequency signals. The radio frequency transfer information to the readers via antennae, the readers translate the radio frequency signal reflected by radio frequency card into data signals, these signals can be conducted by background computer. This system can quickly identify the students, control class time and check their attendance after the student swipe the card in the lab. The system design adopts the technique of Delphi & SQL Server.The dissertation first introduce the theory foundation of the principle , standard of IC card and readers and the classifications, followed by system function designing and hardware choosing, including system function, frame, data model, E-R graph and flow chart , etc. Then, analyses and research database create, system requirement, structure design and create chapter. Introduces system project structure design and give an introduction of system face at last. The dissertation summarize at last, bring forward the expectation of future work.
