With the development of technology, the position monitoring needs of specific groups are gradually increased. Especially on the time when taking care of children, because their cognitive ability and behavior ability is weak, we can’t pay close attention to them at anytime, so parents have great demand for the products that can provide their children’s real-time position information. The gpsOne techniques, because of its characteristics of high positioning accuracy and various positioning methods, can guarantee the complete effective positioning in the complicated and changeable environment. Compared with other positioning techniques it has higher reliability. Therefore, research and design a positioning terminal product for children that is based on gpsOne techniques can fully meet the needs of parents.The main content of this paper is to adopt the Qualcomm single chip supporting the gpsOne technique to accomplish the hardware design of the child positioning terminals. Then this paper analyses the existing static electronic fence, and proposes a improved techniques that is named dynamic electronic fence.At first, this paper analyses the gpsOne positioning technique, and decides to adopt the QSC6085single chip as hardware solutions. First, the hardware specifications are analyzed. Second, the child positioning terminals performance and hardware system architecture are analyzed. Third, the designs of the circuit principle diagram of baseband and radio frequency are described in detail. At last, because of the gpsOne techniques has various positioning methods, this paper proposes the dynamic electronic fence techniques, and analyses the working principle and realization of it.The circuit designs are covered the main hardware of child positioning terminal products. It is an important part of the product design. Compared with the existing technique, the dynamic electronic fence technique is improved, so it is better to take care of child.
