As the world's first all-weather,punctual,continuous satellite navigation system,GPS has already been fully applied into the military and social field,which not only changed the form and process of the war,but also infiltrated into the lives of common people.Considering the national security strategy and self-control,our country proposed the plan of establishing an independent satellite navigation system in 1983 for the first time,and then launched the first Beidou satellite in December 2000.It hasn't realized the service of punctual,continuous positioning,time serving and short message sending of Beidou satellite in Asia until December 2012.Aim to achieve the global coverage of satellite navigation signals in 2020.Baseband So C circuit is the core of the entire navigation industry technology,and its maturity directly decides the technical basis and economic benefit of Beidou industry.Thus,it is particularly urgent and important to develop the baseband Soc circuit of satellite navigation,which meets the market's requirement.By analyzing the system of satellite navigation signals,this paper deeply studied the capture and track of satellite navigation signals and PVT algorithm.based on reliable domestic ultra-deep submicron process,it has been realized on chip,and navigation module has been developed based on this chip which can bulk supply.This article from the overall satellite navigation industry as a starting point,and gradually analyzes constitute the entire navigation terminal,with emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream baseband algorithm were compared,and ultimately determine the matched filter plus Correlator architecture used in this study to capture the satellite signal,third-order phase-locked loop assists second-order frequency-locked loop to achieve the stable tracking satellite signals,and ultimately using the least squares method with Kalman filter to achieve analysis of user location.After completion of the baseband So C circuit structures,FPGA prototype verification carried out,followed by the flow sheet design,choose the appropriate technology for chip manufacturing,and the DEMO board design and test circuits on which baseband So C.In this paper,the research results of the angle of the baseband So C circuit design of the satellite navigation infrastructure structures,algorithms,process selection can directly promote the application of the market,with some technical leadership.
