With the rapid demand growth and mature of China’s tourism industry, The present tourism consumption tends to be rational and mature, consumers pay attention to the whole process of travel service experience, require to enjoy high quality of tourism products and services, but also to participate in the tourism product design and information service, to get personalized products and services. With the development of Internet and information technology, consumers are increasingly inclined to using Internet for tourism destination information query, auxiliary tourism decision-making, online information search and interaction. So research on tourism service design are paid more attention by travel cable and researchers.Tourism e-commerce has service characteristics, tourism products is information form in market, which is virtual and invisible, how to effectively organize tourism product information service in tourism business Webpage, presents valuable information to users, and realize the final transaction, is the problem must pay attention to when in developing. This paper, based on the concept of user POI of service design to further study tourism business Webpage design, firstly from the user centered design and system design conception of service design, learned from five methods of increasing touch point of service path and then concludes touch points system of tourism E-commerce webpage service design; then builds analysis model of user research based on user POI, user research analysis method contains basic research and the carbon footprint analysis based on POI, namely from the name, category, the latitude and longitude of POI to analysis user interest points, and visualize the interested touch points map; finally apply the analysis model of user research to web service redesign project of Ctrip cruise channel.
