Design And Implementation Of Tourism Service System Based On SaaS Model

As the Internet and the widely use of information technology, many travel service companies have to deal with a lot of different daily business every day. It has become very important for many travel companies to develop a network management system based on web at present. Due to most of the travel service companies’ basic tourism business is basically similar, in order to avoid the repetitive work, in this paper, we introduce a web travel service system design process which based on SaaS mode, it can adapt to most of tourism companies’ daily business requirements by use B/S technology.This system uses C#program language and ASP.NET3.5framework technology designed in Microsoft Visual Studio2008environment, and it uses Microsoft SQL Server2005as database management system. The system uses three layer B/S model structures and Web Service technology. And it can provide online travel line inquires, accommodation, attractions and in station news information query, group reservation, message, member registration, user data storage and service function. The soft meet SaaS II maturity level, and can provide the same instance for travel companies. They can be customized according to companies need, of course, companies must bear the appropriate cost. Administrator can log in the system to maintenance and browse information, query, modify, add, delete and news release, etc, the system has a good stability and extendibility.Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, the present situation, the main mesh, the significance and the main content of the research, and gives the organization structure. Then it expounds SaaS, ASP.NET and the relevant technology of the system implementation. The tourism business flow diagram is designed according to the investigation and analysis of the system, and according to this, the whole system function frame structure is designed out. Then, we introduce each modules detailed function and the database structure the detailed design process. Then, in system implementation part, we mainly introduce every main functional modules of the specific implementation process in the ASP. NET environment. In the next, we introduce the custom function design and implementation based on SaaS. Finally, we mainly introduce the system for the unit testing, integrated testing and system testing. After testing, we confirm that the system each functional module is running normally, different users can according to their actual need to select part or all of the system functions, the aim of system design has been achieved.
