User interface of this system is friendly and clear, the operation is simple, easy to study and use, the system readability is good, easy to maintain and renewal.This article elaborates the process of developing and designing the management information system for the division registration of town house land with the JSP technology. The system design uses framed Structures, which is the cause of the direct-viewing and distinct operation interface, and convenient for user operation. Its characteristic is the strong usability, easy to maintain, simple to operate, and efficient. The major function of the system is the realization of the inputs, deletion, revision, inquiry and print of the division registration requisition management, the division registration accepting management, the land division register management, the land register approval management, land register card management, land certificate print management and toll management when administrative personnels log in. This system is not limited by the environment, simultaneously the manual inquiry work load is also greatly reduced.This system mainly uses the JSP technology, and combines software Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc to carry on the aided design. Windows XP is selected as the operating system and we use Tomcat to provide the web servers. Using SQL Server2000to take the application database stored datum, the UML language to carry on the unification modeling for the system, and power designer for the data description.
