On-site controller and remote controller communicate with RS-485Bus. we select the ARK-8000EVOC Intelligent Module as Field Controllers,and Still use the original IPC.In the runnable interface of Windows XP, the system sofeware was developed by utilizing Microsoft Visual Basic6.0. This is the difficulty of this issue and also is key. In addition, elaborate the host computer and lower computer communications; use API functions to control the data acquisition card; collect and pretreat various field data; and various anti-jamming measures. After laboratory testing, the system applied to the production process.
