Study On Key Technology Of Multi-services Communication And Exchange Platform Of NGN

The important advantages that come with NGN are open service interfaces, in order to improvethe benefit of the telecom operators and user experience, open service interfaces become theattention and research hot spot in the industry. The usage of Web based interfaces provide widecommunity of web developers with access to telecommunications elements functionality, this newconcept also enables rapid third-party development of innovative services. Parlay X is one of theservice architectures that catch the most attention, and it provides the function to control networksessions through the Web Service APIs.Firstly, the research background and significances are described, then the development of thecorrelation techniques of SOA is also stated. Based on these, the research direction of this thesis isproposed according to the current research status.Secondly, the theoretical knowledge of the system are overviewed. Then the overload controltechnologies of Parlay/OSA gateway being used are researched. Furthermore, an overload controlscheme of Parlay X gateway is proposed, the priority of messages is set according to the features ofParlay X architecture and the type of messages. The simulation results show that, the algorithm canguarantee more throughput and lower average service time compared with traditional overloadcontrol algorithm.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis and research, the system architecture, interfaces andfunctions of the gateway are analyzed. The modules of the gateway are designed in detail. Then thegateway is developed and tested with MySql database and C++programming language under theplatform of VS2010.
