In non-ferrous metals, metallurgical and subway electrified rail and other industries,large current dc power is indispensable. This kind of power supply system of parameter testing and precise control has become the core problem,because of many series-parallel power electronicd devices and huge system.For the above questions, this paper with the help of the advanced microcomputer control chip DSP, and the hardware design of a high performance device CPLD,a design scheme is put forward that is set to paramere testing and intelligent control in whole.In this paper,the theroetical research is done for parameter testing of the large current DC system. And the measurement of the large DC current is mainly analyzed,choose using the hall current sensor to measure the large DC current. Then the work of this design is based on the analysis of the High power thyristor rectifier power structure for the requirements of the control panel,a controller that satisfies the following main functions is disegned. The controller not just can collect voltage and current in real-time,then send them to DSP after through the signal conditional circuit,and the fuzzy adaptive PID closed-loop control operation is run in the DSP,but also can produce the trigger pulse that the thyristor turn-on needed,and that has phase sequence adaptive function.In addition,the controller using more human touch screen as human-computer interface,realize the display and on-line modification of parameters that ralated the system.Finally, the controller can have the alarm display and take the corresponding protective measures when comes up failure.
