The Design Of Production Line’s Abnormal Line-stop Monitoring Systerm Based On Wireless Technology

In this paper, the system is designed according to the actual problems and needs arising in the production process of the research and design. Data transmission in the process of design (wired control and wireless control) conducted in-depth comparative analysis, finally according to the actual demand.The whole system mainly consists of the next crew and PC. Place under the control chip is used in the PIC18family of a single-chip hardware circuit design and software programming combined to realize the communication between the hardware and response in the lower position machine. Wherein the communication mode is a combination of RS485and RS232. The host computer is based on the tcp/ip network communication and RS232communication combines technology, design visualization interface, allows the system to achieve stable and reliable, simple operation and maintenance, extended goals.The system designed according to the actual management needs in real time accurately reflect the abnormal production line line stop, the system can record the the specific stop line position, time, cause data real-time display, storage, and available for query.
