The Software System Design Of Computer Of PCB NC Machine Based On PLC

PCB boards are used in nearly every kinds of electronic equipment, such as electronic watches, calculators, computers, electronic communication equipment, military weapons equipment, etc. These electronic compoments are connected by PCB boards . As PCB is applied widely and the demand of PCB drilling machine increases a lot, study the drilling machine with high precision and strong function is imperative under the situation.This paper mainly carries on the introduction to control system of the PCB drilling machines with high precision, analyzes the present market requirements and development of the PCB drilling machines, and then proposed the overall plan and the design frame of the control system. The system takes the SIMOTION D movement control system as the main controller, regards the sensors (temperature sensor, pressure transmitter, diffraction grating ruler, breaks knife examination system and position examination and so on) as measuring component, and takes the electromotors (servo motors and high speed motors for main axle using), the electromagnetic valve, the air operated pressure foot and the manipulator as the functional elements to realizes the function of the system. SIMOTION D receives datas and instructions from the host computer through the TCP/IP connection, and receives exterior signal from expanding I/O through PROFIBUS to direct this system.The paper introduces the software system design of Host Computer of PCB NC Machine in detail.The software is a important part of drilling machines. The user controls the movement of PCB machine tool by the software system of Host Computer finally, consequently finish the drilling processing of PCB boards.The software system has eight function parts:data interface part, picture display part; file management part,communication part,parameter setting part, machining management part,simulate machining part, beautifying software interface part. These eight parts cooperate in harmony to finish the processing together.Research and test of Machine prototype indicate the software system of Host Computer of PCB NC Drilling Machine is practical and we are successful. After be perfected, the system can be put into use.
