Data Mining Based On Information System User Service Perception Evaluation

Along with the rapid development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology, and automation of the operation process in all walks of life, enterprises have accumulated a large number of business data. These data and the information based on them is the wealth of the enterprise, which truthfully record the status of the enterprise operation. Faced with a large amount of data, people are forced to find new tools to explore enterprise’s operation rule which makes it possible to provide valuable information for business decision,thus helping the enterprise make profit. To satisfy the urgent need of business enterprises is a powerful tool for data mining. For the enterprise, data mining helps to find out the trend of the business, reveal the known facts, and predict the results of the unknown. In this sense, knowledge is power and data mining also becomes a standard to measure the wealth of a nation.Through many years of the information construction, a lot of enterprises have built many business information systems. Information system user service perception refers to the user’s feeling in using information system and its operational service which helps solve the problems of the current information system and reflects its operational and maintaining service quality and customer expectation gap. It makes it possible for the daily workload to be reduced and work efficiency to be improved by building a set of information system user service perception model, accurately positioning the problems of information system in the process of user service, continuously improving and optimizing the information systems function. The shift goes from passive services to active service according to user’s perception for achieving the effective management of enterprises for information system service has become an effective method to improve informatization level.This paper firstly introduces the source of the topic, the research significance, and analyzes the present research situation and development trend of data mining. Secondly, it introduces the basic theory of data mining, which includes the basic concepts of data mining, the application classification, modeling method, and seven commonly used modeling tools. Then for the purpose of the data mining of information system user service perception evaluation, the thesis systematically illustrates the data mining method and process of information system user service perception evaluation, establishes algorithm model, verifies its feasibility, and finds the optimal model by the evaluation. Finally, to build the simulation model by using correlation analysis, attribute selection, RBF neural network and fuzzy neural network (FNN) in the TipDM data mining online modeling platform.
