Design And Implementation Of The Location Service And Push System Based On Android Platform

With the development of mobile Internet delivery, especially the rapid growth of smart phoneusers, mobile phone has become the main way to change people’s lives.The application associatedwith people’s lives and practical developed by Android is necessary.It can solve People’s basicneeds.In this paper, we design an application contain communication, life sharing and informationpush by the technology of location services and push. According to the user’s location informationand business information around,the system push corresponding content to the client. Theinformation can be pushed to the mobile client by push server in real time.Besides,the system has abusiness promotion platform to provide users with appropriate offers. Users can also get moredetailed information from the application server by pull.The system is divided into three parts:background server, proxy server, Android client.Foreach part,it has many modules.We analysis the function of each module and design and completeit.The application server uses Tomcat+Apache as WEB server.It is designed by J2EE-basedmulti-layer architecture and developmented by SSH2framework.The proxy server realizes theprotocol of MQTT by using an open source server.It has the push function to mobile phone in realtime.In this system, Android client is used as the main implementation platform.It’s task is tocommunicate with the application server and hold the connectiong to the proxy server.Besides,theclient provide the user’s position information to be the base of follow-up services.After testing,the Mobile client and server function meet the actual needs.And it has a strongpracrical.
