Design And Implementation Of Location Services System Based On GPS/GPRS/Web

With the development of modern science and technology, the progress of human society, human beings have been into the information age, people contact a large amount of information every day, and about 80 percent of these information is position related, location information plays more and more important role in people's life and work. As the definiteness of People's requirements to the position information and the maturity of related science technology, Location based services (LBS) arises at the historic moment, Provide people with location relevant information and services. In some professional field, Such as transportation and monitoring monitoring field, location information and people's work is closely linked. In domestic, location based services began to emerge in the consumer market at first, but it did not succeed, in opposite location services in transportation areas has been widely recognized. In the past two years, location services quickly become the Internet industry hotspot, develop more quickly.This paper, combining with the actual project "dalian Aulei Science and technology Limited company" requirements, design and realized a location service system based on GPS/GPRS/Web. In this paper,first study LBS related concepts and techniques,reference related material, elaborate the definition of LBS,LBS value chain and LBS system structure, learn the relevant knowledge of positioning technology, mobile Internet technology and Web GIS technology. Then design and realize the LBS system, using Ext JS, javaEE, MySQL technology, provide the detailed design scheme, system deployment scheme and running scheme. Finally test, operation and prospect the LBS system, find out the deficiency and give the solutions, make outlook to the next step for the LBS system.LBS system is divided into terminal, mobile Internet, general gateway, LBS website and electronic map.This paper mainly expounds the LBS website design and implementation, other parts are develoed by special enterprises, and integrate these parts together, to provide services.To reduse LBS system for specific terminal and electronic map dependence, provide users with multiple choice, adopt general gateway compatible with various terminals, use adaptor mode to call electronic map to reduce the dependence that the electronic map make to the LBS system. Adopt the push technology Comet to deliver terminal location information to the client browser, solving the real-time poor existing in B/S structure Web project.
