With the rapid development of Mobile Internet, smart phones and tablet PCs as the representative of mobile terminal update more and more frequently, and increasing proportion of network traffic of data services comes along with increasing types of data services. As a result, the mobile communication network is more and more burdened. This raises a more serious challenge to the level of service of telecom operators. At the same time, the rapid development of data services makes the cellular network data of services, resources, and billing become more and more huge, putting forward higher requirement to data storage, processing and analysis in the mobile network. In this context, telecom operators seriously need new analytical tools to fully exploit the value of big data, so as to solve the problem of transforming network flow into economic benefits, and ultimately realize the strategy of cellular network flow operating and intelligent pipe.Traffic flow, as a carrier of users’actual behavior, can reflect user’s behavior characteristics and preferences to a certain extent. So establishing accurate and reliable traffic models help operators understand the user behavior characteristics and develop corresponding operating strategies, thereby improving the service quality of telecom operators. There is a wide range of data services in Mobile Internet. In order to simplify the complexity of the study, we must make reasonable and effective classification for them based on business protocol specification and flow characteristics and establish an accurate flow model eventually.Most previous studies on mobile Internet resources have ignored the impact of business type on network resource consumption. However, there exists a very close relationship between the type of business and resources. So this paper starts with practical data and fully studies the flow characteristics of different services and user behavior characteristics, and establishes the business resource mapping model further. Moreover, this paper further develops traffic analysis and resource optimization platform based on SQL Server, providing some theoretical guidance and technical support for the expansion and optimization of cellular network. Faced with the challenge from big data to mobile internet, this paper Introduces a traffic analysis system based on Hadoop, providing a series of solutions to the big data analysis in mobile internet by HDFS distributed storage systems and MapReduce framework so that we can Fully exploit the value contained in business flow data, and improve network operational efficiency and service level.
