Today, market in telecoms industry is much maturing. To enhance the market rival capability, the company of China mobile provides all kinds of short-messages service to mobile subscribers through the cooperation with Internet Information service provider. They make use of the communicate channel successfully to attain more profitable to the company.Data miner is a important method of data analysis at the present time.It can establish arith model to find connotative operation regulation through known data.It's applied successfully in telecoms industry,example for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer cheat analysis, Customer reduce analysis, Customer consumption model analysis, market extend analysis.The thesis's data is origin from mobile communication enterprise's subscribers information, monternet subscribers's history fee records,charge records,succeed rate of short-messages sending,and SP's market subdivision model.Through cleaning up data,data integration,picking data,data transform ,data mining, pattern evaluation,user revelation,we can build a utility data warehouse,then mine the impersonal regulation of describing the cause of short-messages sending failure,it can offer valuable information to get rid of the disadvantage factor of monternet business.The aim of the thesis is that by using data mining and data warehouse, we can get the data mining model based on our historical Subscribers data which can generate the Subscribers list with high probability to receive Internet Short Message unsuccessfully. The thesis can resolve many monternet problems,example for information obstruction, resource wasting, subscribers charging.Eventually It will give we the valuable business insights to setup effective service strategies to win the most economic benefit, and the SP , Subscribers gain so.
