| The geographical environment of China is complicated and there are a lot of natural disasters. Emergency Logistics plays a very important role in the protection of relief supplies distribution. When conventional means of communication failure, we need to set up a temporary emergency logistics information transmission system in order to ensure the smooth transmission of emergency logistics information. And the commanders can know the enormity of the disaster areas in real time. The system can feedback the case of materials distribution and demand information to the command center from the rear.According to the requirements and features of emergency logistics, combining with wireless vehicle information transmission network and satellite transmission network, this paper studies and designs a system based on emergency logistics information integration of satellite transmission. The contents of the paper are as follows:1. This paper designs an emergency logistics information transmission system based on integration of satellite and terrestrial networks. The author uses storage-forwarding mechanism server to connect satellite transmission protocol stack and vehicle information transmission protocol stack for the emergency logistics information which can make remote transmission.2. This paper designs a terrestrial emergency logistics information transmission module based on telematics. The author uses self-organizing network clustering mechanism to compare the received power of the vehicle and to calculate the relative mobility among the vehicles. Emergency logistics cars are divided into multiple clusters, which can reduce the routing overhead among the teams and improve the success rate of information transmission. The author designs and builds an information transmission protocol stack based on IEEE802.11p to achieve vehicle-vehicle information transmission in different data and channels.3. This paper designs an emergency logistics information module based on DVB-RCS satellite. The author analyses the limitations of satellite information transmission congestion control include slow engine and fast recovery. The author designs deception gateway to reduce the transmission delay, and devises the before link, reverse link and IP data conversion protocol stack to achieve data transmission on satellite.4. This paper uses simulation to test and verify the system solution. The author uses NCTUns simulation software to build a vehicle to vehicle network transmission simulation model and a satellite network transmission simulation model. And achieve simulation analysis on Linux about the reliability and transmission performance of emergency logistics information transmission system through configuring transportation environment parameters, and writing transmission protocol modules. |
