A spurt of development impels appearance of new network features and applications. Modern humans obtaining and exchanging information Mode and speed has changed fundamentally. Network helps opinions expressions. At the same time, malicious attacks, illegal marketing, vulgar speculation also filled in network, because of lower entry barriers resulting quite a mixed bag. In the meanwhile, rumors and lies appear frequently. As a "decentralized" tool, micro-blogging has become public "microphone", which is possible to make each individual speak to all and become the center. Similar with other network platforms, it’s difficult to control micro-blogging users’information behavior. Rumors dissemination by Micro-blogging platform has no limits to humans, time and space, scope. Dissemination speed is accelerated and scope is expanded exponentially. Great harm and serious consequences has raised the whole society concerns.A phenomenon on Micro-blogging Platform:Some people with ulterior motives often posed as "a general","a minister","a professor", or played as "insider","exposing shadier","exposed insider";these attract public attention by the way of releasing information about official corruption, which will push humans to reprint and comment. This type of rumor formed in the context of Micro-blogging anti-corruption, the paper defines it as "government officials corruption rumor" and then thinks of phenomenon above.Chapter one accounts of research background, research significance, research purposes, current research, research methods, research priorities, research difficulties, research ideas, the overall framework; Chapter Ⅱ Summarizes theories related with research in this field to support the study, from the views of social psychology, communication studies, public administration. Chapter Ⅲ defines "government officials corruption rumor", analysis of problem essence, explores conditions and reasons, analysis of its characteristics from angles of rumor dissemination and features. Chapter IV discuss of such rumor social reasons, from aspects of public’s distrust of official information, micro blogging anti-corruption effect aggravated the distrust to officials, relevant laws and regulations are not sound, mechanism of regulatory and refute a rumor is not perfect, lack of guidance to citizens, lack of information literacy and self-awareness, mainly discuss of psychosocial reasons from Qiu official psychological and herd mentality, describe the rumors how to spread at the effect of the two. Chapter V explore dissemination mechanisms and roles micro-blogging played in the process of anti-corruption rumor diffusion from views of dissemination mode, propagation process, propagation path, amplification, discuss psychological of media, network of water army, opinion leaders, grass-roots users, hostile forces and so on. Chapter VI proposed of specific control measures. Chapter VII Summarized this study succinctly, pointed out shortcomings of this study and future research directions.The rumors harm to others, disturb others, harm to country, so micro-blogging should not be such a "Garden of Eden". This topic explores the substantive issues reflected from phenomenon, generation and dissemination regularity, and proposes of effective governance principles and measures. Which will provide a theoretical reference when departments governance rumors and citizen make better use of micro-blogging oversighting officials, which will contribute to micro-blogging anti-corruption towards standardization and normalization, which will promoting Chinese political democratization.
