Cao Xue Quan is fujian famous bibliophile in Ming dynasty, with library "Shi Cang garden", paid to help friends xu bo fire building WanYu floor, collect books of fifty thousand volumes. At the same time, puts library activities around social characteristics, background of the era of Ming dynasty inquires into cao surname collection activities. Thus, authors summarize the characteristics of private collections in Ming dynasty, summarizes the library law, provide some useful reference for the development of modern library.
