In2013, as the first South Korean star reality-show program of which the copyright was purchased by a TV on the satellite in our country, I’m A Singer created high audience ratings. After that, a lot of satellite televisions held an advertisement introduction meeting in2014in succession. Variety programs in the coming year were exposed in advance and a majority of them were star reality-show programs with a South Korean copyright. At the same time, with convenience and development of the network, audiences in our country can come into contact with all kinds of foreign reality-show programs on the network more easily. Variety channels of various big video websites in our country are inundated with a lot of South Korean star reality-show programs. Obviously, relative to the star reality-show programs which are still in the development stage in our country, those programs in South Korea have been developed maturely for a long time and have become a new favor of audiences in our country. In the paper, the research method of a micro individual in a traditional research, that only a program subject was taken as the object was broken through, but reasons for hot broadcasting of the South Korean star reality-show programs in our country were analyzed systematically from two macroscopic angles including industrial operation and propagation modes. At first, this paper attempts to make research on the industry and the program subject of the South Korean star reality-show program from a macroscopical angle. Based on the combination with specific examples, how the South Korean star reality-show program obtained the successful cross-culture communication in a network environment of our country was analyzed from view angles including cultural industries and the Communication Studies. At last, this paper proposes several advices for TV entertainment programs in our country in combination with national situations of our country through learning from the experience in successful industrial development of the South Korean star reality-show program.
