| With the development of society, the role of archives in people’s daily lives becomes more and more obviously, more and more people began to use the file, numerous files scholars and practitioners are committed to study the use of the file, but there is few studies of utilization and service about urban community Archives,there are also a lot of problem in the work of utilization and service about urban community Archives. By accessing to the investigation of13communities in Gulou District, the author define the problem in resource system, the application of modern technology, hardware, institution building and staffing.According to the comprehensive analysis of the reasons,the writer think we should improve the system of community archives information resources,applicate computer network technology, strengthen the construction of hardware and software, optimize the community archives personnel, strengthen the propaganda, and establish the evaluation and feedback mechanism, in order to improve the residents’ satisfaction of the service of the community archives. |
