Attitudes for education of chinese parents have been updated and the market of children’s educationand service become larger, resulting in the quick improvement of picture gallery for children with theprosperous improvement of the knowledge economy. It is important to program their developmentstrategy in the knowledge economy whatever they are big or small and powerful or week. Especially forsome new and week company, it is more important. In Shehezi city, Mich picture gallery for childrenface many problems, such as big debt, shortage of service people, the improvement of specialized qualityand so on. How to resolve these problems and survive is the topic in this thesis.In this thesis, the backgroud of theory of development dtrategy is introduced, especially focused onthe experience and the tole of these theory. Then, Michael Porter’s five forces model and swot matrixanalysis were used to investigate the external environment, internal resources and ability of Mich picturegallery for children in Shihezi city. The result show the key task is to cultivate and delevope the marketof picture gallery for children in Shihezi city. Then, establishment of marketing strategy based on theadvanced course system and activity will enhance the ablity of this company.Based on the conditions of this company, a systemic strategy including professional service,invisible package, community chain, cooperative strategy, blank market and government support havebeen designed by combination of theoty and practice. The resultant custom-made development strategywill be useful to promote the development of Mich picture gallery for children in Shihezi city andprovide a sustainable way for it.
