Hardware part mainly aimed at thecollector, concentrator, coordinator of the overall framework design, equipment andmake the corresponding module.ZigBee module in this system mainly adopts CC2430chip, GPRS moduleadopts SIM100chips. Network mode, divided into local area networks and wide areanetwork, local area network (LAN) to build a tree of the network topology structure,composed of collector, its main function is to watt-hour meter data acquisition andtransmission. Wide-area network mainly consists of the concentrator and thecoordinator, the part of the main function is to receive automatic transmission of data,through the concentrator will be uploaded to the coordinator, the coordinator via aserial port to pass data to the control center. In the process of data transmission, datareceiving using CC2430chips, connected to the Internet through SIM100chip, dataremote transmission. Control center after receiving the data, the data storage andanalysis. Through the above design, realized the wireless data transmission to meet the requirements of the wireless meter reading system.
