| In recent years, IC products more and more people pay attention to safety, physical non-clone function (Physical Unclonable Function, referred PUF) as a new concept in semiconductor technology, its own particularity to solve the existing problems of information security has a great advantage of hardware security is becoming a hot field. PUF is a physical entity refers to one input, and produces an unpredictable output process, an input is usually the PUF produces more than one possible output.Aiming at the problem of information leaking, the postprocessing encryption system of PUF was designed and implemented on FPGA platform using the technology of fuzzy extractor and the method of BCH error correction code and hash. The detection of NIST random number shows that this paper aims to extract the security key tightly coupled to the characteristics of SRAM PUF, The system has the advantages of low cost, confidentiality strong, easy to carry.The main principle of the paper is extracted the unique characteristics from the power-on data information of SRAM using a power control module. A key with higher degree of confidentiality is generated using random characteristics of SRAM random numbers. Finally, it’s detected using the technology of the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). |
