The Study Of Oil Extractor Remote Monitoring Systems Based On GPRS

With the rapid development of network and communication technology, theremote monitor control system has the important significance in industry controlfield. In many industry cases, especially for some distributed and no watcherlocale such as oil field, we need to collect data at fixed time to know the localesituation in time, then according to the situation send some simple controlinstructions. The realization mode of the traditional remote monitor controlsystem always is that we construct and maintain the wire or wirelesscommunication network, like this, not only the investment financing but also thefinancing for maintenance is expensive. Following with the development of thecommunication technology, the old remote monitor control system has alreadydissatisfied the multi-aspect demand increasingly, we need the communicationmode of which the cost is cheaper and the communication quality is better.So in this paper we present a wireless remote monitor control system basedon GPRS. Based on this system we design a remote monitor control system foroil extractor. In this system GPRS network is a medium for transmitting theremote signal. First it presents detailed explanation of GPRS network's systemstructure and network protocols and contrast with other communication styles.Then it presents some discussions and investigation in the long-range monitoringsystem.There are mainly three parts in this system, which are spot collecting sub-system, data transmit network subsystem and monitoring center software. Spotcollecting subsystem collects data, such as voltage, electric current. It can alsosend and receive data and control oil-extractor. Data transmition network adoptsGPRS communication module, accomplish data transmit from collecting tomonitoring center. Monitoring center software, which is developed by C++ Builder6.0, can analyze, process, store data and diagnose the malfunction of oil-extractor.
