With the rapid development of Internet technology, all areas of life and work are pursuiting "fast". At present, many large scale systems are using browser/server (B/S) architecture, this architecture allows clients access the Web server to interact with the database through browser, its characteristic is simplifying the client’s work, but has higher requirement to the server’s performance. How to reduce the amount of loading data in server side and speed up interaction between client and server has became the focus of research in recent years.Author has in-depth studied principles of browser and server data interaction in the current B/S architecture and several ways to achieve before and after side interaction. By simulating the before and after side interaction in a common occurrence linkage relationships dropdown option changes, and combined with its advantages and disadvantages to analyze and compare their performance, proposed the solution of using HttpHandler technical to package and regulate back-end code called by Ajax.According to the requirements of Guiyang Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, a third-party application system of tax related data is designed to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the tax administration. By making a comparative analysis between the basic information of taxpayers in the Local Taxation Bureau and the information of the third-party, the system can automatically finish risk identification of tax source. It can be helpful to the tax administration. For the mass data of the third-party and the complex logic, using HttpHandler technical to package and regulate back-end code called by Ajax is used to implement the Interaction between before and after side. The system enhances the code efficiency greatly and improves the response speed of webpages.
