Design And Implementation Of Telecom CEM System Based On Ajax

With the gradually increased competition of telecom industry, telecom operators begin to change their management concept from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Customer Experience Manager (CEM).The core idea of CEM is that by giving users an experience environment, enhance customer value, establish and maintain customer loyalty. CEM system will provide this experience process, in which customer can get information and feedback to the customer the results of the corresponding products. While to realize this process, the success of the user experience is essential.Ajax technology is a widly used rich-client application development technology; the asynchronous data transmission principle and partial refresh function improve the efficiency of the Web page refresh. At the same time, Ajax also includes a variety of open-source framework, not only inherited the core Ajax technologies, but extends the page display functions which can provide a rich user experience.This paper will give a new integration way of Web development framework. This framework bases on DOJO framework in Ajax system, combines with the desktop application development framework's data-binding technology, to solve the traditional Web application's problems in the data display, such as complex code, difficult to maintain and so on. This framework transfers some complicate characteristics from server to client, to reduce the pressure of server, and also improves the effect of user experience. In order to achieve data binding technology, the framework defines a data transfer unit to support interactive between front and back. In the mean time the introduction of the client cache technology Google Gears helps to realize a truly rich client.This paper achieves a CEM system of telecom finally, which bases on a WebServic provided by Boxlino's search engine and the new integrated Web development framework. The uses of the expaned DOJO components achieve a rich user experience.
