Based on database and data warehousing, enterprise data analyzing systems provide the function of assistant decision-making in order to deal with complex problems for enterprise. According to different implementations on the client side, enterprise analyzing and disposal systems could be divided into two kinds which are B/S and C/S. Since the B/S architecture has the advantage of multi-platform and expansibility, a growing number of data analyzing systems make use of B/S pattern for their implementation. With the development and evolution of enterprise, it requires much wider analyzing transaction and more diversified analyzing function, which challenges enterprise data analyzing and disposal systems created traditionally.Nevertheless, ordinary systems used B/S pattern have some intrinsic flaws which are the slow response rate, the wait for refreshment of webpage, the incapability of asynchronous function calls and the difficulty of real time data imaginization, and these problems can not be solved by traditional data analyzing systems. From the standpoint of real requirements of enterprise, the main task of this paper that makes use of technologies such as AJAX, SVG, Web services is to design and implement a real time data analyzing and disposal system relevant to the telecommunication industry, and this system could effectively solve the problems concerned in the above analysis and satisfies the requirements of real time data analyzing.To begin with, the paper concisely introduces the core technologies used in this whole system. In addition, from the viewpoint of operational requirements of analyzing and disposal of transaction, the paper makes the general designation in accord with which the functional modules are divided. The following parts of the paper particularly present the procedure and technological details of several important functional modules. In the end, the paper makes a conclusion of the functions of the system and points out some tasks that need to be perfected and expanded a step further.
