Design And Implementation Of Management System For Educational Institution Based On DWZ Framework

The customer which the system services is one of the large educational institutionsin Northeast China. Its continuous development, increasing scope of business andexpanding size of staff and customer groups bring a lot of problems due to the amountof data increases with the tedious manual process caused. How to develop a practicaland efficient information management system accordance with its operationalcharacteristics will be the key to solve many problems. Developing a targetedinformation management system for its newly expanded curriculum VIP course ofbusiness will vigorously enhance the efficiency of the relevant business sector of theinstitution. According to information provided by the institution, analyze its specificbusiness needs and discuss the system design and implementation details in this paper.Through the development and implementation of the system, the general featuresof Education Group’s information management system was completed to meet thebusiness requirements. Each department can get the whole reality of business processesthrough the use and management of the system, the relevant leaders can monitor theentire process and the audit to improve work efficiency through the system by gettingrid of manual processing, also provide an engineering solution for the problem ofsample related field.This article unfolds from the needs analysis. It describes the system requirementsengineering process, analyzing the direction of the whole system, the roles of the systemand the division of its business group. It describes many aspects of system design andimplementation, designing and implementing user rights management, teachingresources management, staff management, teacher management, student management,contract management, curriculum management, audit management and other businessfunctions. in the design part, including the design for each module and this design forthe whole database, in the implementation part, describing the implementation for the whole framework of system message processing part and several typical module as theexamples. Meanwhile, this paper has made the corresponding introduction about DWZFramework, Spring, Struts, Ajax, JQuery, XML and other technologies involved inimplementation process of the systems, describes how to use the various relatedtechnology for implementation of the system functional modules. Finally, thecompletion of the system is reviewed, the various functions of the system were testedthrough the test cases which designed for the special test, and the whole system werenon-functional tested, and test results were evaluated and analyzed, through the result togive a reasonable assessment, and the result also provides a good material forfurther development and follow-up study.
