Applications And Researches Of AJAX In Small And Medium Size IT Enterprises Management Information Systems

The project manage and develop process are nonstandard in the medium and small size IT enterprises at present. Parts of the enterprises have already got the ISO quality or CMM Certification, but they also had many problems in the software develop and manage. Project manage, requirement control, software project, developer skill etc are also the main problems in the software develop process. These enterprises need set up a perfect Management Information System to expedite the manage process in the company.Now the most develop of Management Information System is based on C/S framework and Web Application. The C/S framework was difficult to deploy. The upgrade and maintenance were more complex more users. The Web Application is easy to deploy and maintain, but it was mutual difficultly, and could not give the user a perfect mutual experience. Here we apply the AJAX based on Web2.0 to the Management Information System, get a balance between C/S framework and Web Application.This paper points out that the AJAX was necessary in the Management Information System after requirement research and domain analyze which was part of Object Oriented analyze. Then design the Management Information System framework that applies the AJAX, based on analyzes. Based on the design, the papers introduce the check data, mutual menu and implement them. Of course, the AJAX application also has some shortages. We resolve some of them and implement the resolve schemes. Finally, some project teams use the Management Information System, and give some feedback. From these data, we can see the AJAX that was applied in the KSGMIS could enhance the user experience and improve the Web application. And make a standard process in the software development in these companies.
