Access control system is an important subsystem in the digital prison system. Modern access control system using computer technology, microelectronic technology, large-scale integrated circuit technology, RF technology, biometrics identification technology, import and export channel, cell, spreading rumors and other regions between the control and recording of personnel access. The safety of prison management, timeliness and reliability play an important role. The access control system is composed of terminal biological identifying collection modules, intelligent control module, mechanical implementation of the devices, applications and other components。This article focuses on the collection module of terminal identity information and intelligent control module, mainly researches how to use fingerprint identification to confirm person's identity information technology; using RFID to manipulate the IC card data; using high-speed micro-controller to deal with mass data and network data transmission problems. The main objective of the study is using fingerprint identification to collect biological information and using RF IC card to record and confirm the identity of the cardholder information .Then transmit the collected information to the control of the host. After contrasting the competence based storage information, the control of the host judge the legitimacy of people. Meanwhile use modern high-speed micro-controllers and high-speed network chip to realize the storage, query, processing and transmission of the mass data. Strong support to the number of prison systems, modernization of the transformation, the positive response to the national plans by 2012, nearly 700 prisons in order to achieve basically the "use of modern methods and advanced science and technology measures and equipment; increase the technological content of the prison, to digital information resources, information transfer network, the popularization of information technologies, information management intelligence objectives. "This paper analyzes the principle of biometric fingerprint recognition technology and fingerprint recognition module operating officer of biological information collection, research and theory of the internal structure of IC card, IC card to realize the control of the internal read and write data to use by establishing a set of fingerprint acquisition module and the IC card, or card reader systems CUP collection of biological information and personnel, IC card or CUP card in the electronic information flow and program structure, implementation of personnel fingerprint collection, storage, comparison and CUP cards on the IC card or internal data read / write and encryption; followed according to the needs of prison administrators to establish high-speed controller to respond to the management of operational processes and data storage mechanisms to ensure its relevance and specificity of prison management. Finally, TCP / IP network, network data transmission to achieve 100M and the interaction of information between devices.
