This topic comes from the actual network business in Fushan oilfield. With thedevelopment of the country’s development and the "12th Five Year Plan", the petroleumindustry is the goal of modernization and internationalization, with the rapid development ofInternet and network hardware is more and more mature, for the petroleum industry toimprove the production efficiency, it means to strengthen the monitoring, improve the qualityof safety management is to realize the digital oilfield, this is the oil and gas fields ofmodernization, improve enterprise management level, improve the necessary choice ofsynthetical benefit of enterprises. In order to change the present situation of Fushan oilfield, toenhance the overall management level of enterprises, improve the management efficiency ofFushan oilfield production, realize automatic data acquisition and control, the production ofoil and gas operation monitoring and management, and improve the automation level ofproduction and operation units, to further improve the production of oil and gas of thetimeliness and accuracy of decision-making, need to build a set of digital management systemthe above problems. Therefore, with the help of the country to vigorously develop the digitalmanagement of oil and gas fields in the turning point, the design and implementation ofdigital management system in Fushan oilfield.The system uses the B/S structure pattern of development of desktop applications,2008on the use of SQL Server data storage, running on the windows operating system onXP/7/Vista. Development and application of the system by using the advanced J2EEapplication architecture, the system structure is divided into the presentation layer, businesslogic layer, data layer. The system design and Realization of map display, data query, datapipeline pipeline maintenance, pipeline, pipeline inspection report of eventmanagement, system management function module of six function modules in the pipelinedata query and statistical functions, query statistics module: pipeline is inquiring and statisticsof all the Fushan oilfield pipeline module, query time requirements can be carried out by thecompletion time, material, pressure, pipe diameter, wall thickness, coating type, transmissionmedium, statistics and statistics of the total pipeline length, and can export to excel file. The final test of the system adopts professional test tool, to ensure the integrity of thesystem function and performance.Through the establishment of a network of digital management system in Fushanoilfield, can be effectively used in Fushan oilfield pipeline system and its surroundingenvironment, basic property geographic information display, informationcollection, storage, dynamic update, publish, query, maintenance, statistics, analysis and otherfunctions, the whole process of risk identification, through the integration of oil and gaspipeline and analysis, data collection, risk assessment, identification of highconsequence, testing and evaluation of the integrity evaluation of response and accidentmitigation effectiveness evaluation and performance measures, failure datamanagement, improve the integrity of management, information technology to realize safetymanagement of oil and gas pipeline network.
