Traditional television transmission function mainly includes the functions ofnews dissemination, lifelong education, popular entertainment and life servicefunctions, each function has the representative type of program. Since entering thenew century, along with the vigorous development of the television industry, as a TVshow, one of the four main types of living service program, relying on the producer’sactive participation in the innovation and the audience, on the basis of the original lifeservice functions, more make TV transmission function has been greatly extended, soas to make the TV’s "the first medium" title for decades.This article first to living service program as well as to clarify the concept of theTV transmission function, from the development of living service program, the futuredevelopment trends and characteristics of show business, aesthetic, cultural research,this paper through the analysis of the news spread of television have, lifelongeducation, mass entertainment function, service function and life, represented byliving service program, dig deep extensions television in recent years, mainlyincluding gathering the functions of focus, unified thought, improve the participationsubject function features and rich people.Finally, the paper on the basis of theoretical analysis presented ascending TVspread function in living service program implementation countermeasures, mainlyincluding the following aspects: improve the life service programs to watch,improving the service program of cultural taste of life, the content of the innovationservice life program outline and actively learn from the experience of the internationalservice programs and so on four aspects, expectations for TV under the trend of futuresocial network still maintain strong competitiveness and service for the life classprogram provide some useful reference to further improve.
