Design And Implementation Of Communication Module And Service Program For Base Station Acess Control System

With the rapid growth of communication needs, the Telecom Department built tens of thousands of communication base stations, which are huge quantity, locations scattered and mostly unattended. In order to strengthen the management of the base stations, reduce the workload and costs of maintenance and improve the maintenance personnel's working efficiency, the Telecom Department installed Access Control System in some base stations. As they working well, the Telecom Department hopes to promote this system to all base stations, and set up an intelligentized, digitalized, networked and informationizationed base stations Access Control System. Due to the high cost of wired Internet networking and some base stations not having the ready-made network interface, this paper presented a remote networking solution of base stations Access Control System, which based on China Telecom CDMA wireless network.By synthesized using technology of electronic, single-chip microcontroller, multithreading network communication, database, embedded real-time operating system and.NET Framework, this paper designed and implemented a communication module based on CDMA 2000-1X network. Firstly, this paper in-depth analysed the communication interface and networking way of Access Control System, and then designed a wireless networking based on CDMA network for it, which was meanwhile improved.This paper completed the schematic design, PCB design and hardware debug of CDMA communication module, realized the main function on the FreeRTOS real-time operating system, and developed the service program of CDMA communitcation module by C# language on Microsoft windows operating system, the service program was used to communicate with the software of Acess Control System and to manage the CDMA communication module.CDMA communication module can support both TCP network transmission and SMS transmission. It's convenient to install and maintain the base station Acess Control System which wireless and remote networked by CDMA communication module in "plug and play" Using CDMA network of China Telecom not only improve the utilization of network resources, but also reduce the operation cost of acess control system.The CDMA communication module has been completed the laboratory test, and passed in the field installation test. The actual test results show that the base station Acess Control System networked by CDMA communication module works well and reliable, and the design achieves the desired requirements.
