Traditional music is transitioning to digital music, media when mobile Internet, smart hardware terminals are developing rapidly. However, there is approximately$8billion lost in consumption of digital music industry. Especially, in China mobile internet market, digital music service becomes demands for the essentials of consumers. But, there is not one digital music product according with demands for digital music creators, copyright and content servers, terminal hardware manufacturers and music lovers. The author’s main work is as follows:(1) In this thesis, we analyze the domestic and overseas development of the Internet and digital music industry, make comparisons between domestic and foreign digital music industry, comparison between domestic and foreign digital music industry business model and technical requirements. Through the technical application programming interface provides the digital music rights management, based on the play download, content customization, data statistics, open modules to provide differentiated service for users of digital music. Create the first digital music social media platform.(2) We design the general framework of digital music open platform. Make comparisons between domestic and foreign open platform of technology advantages and disadvantages. Then, put forward the design principle of open platform component solution based on this platform with the business needs. The open platform of digital music is composed of the content management subsystem, the content query subsystem and the music library. Three core subsystems of customization and authorized management to realize open platform for personalized and multi terminal services.(3) Elucidate the design of content management sub system in detail. This system is based on technology of application programming interface, including the data content module, download module, data statistics module. Combined with the different characteristics of each module, choose data copyright protection technology and streaming media technology for development of platform.(4) This paper discusses the content query subsystem. According to the characteristics of the digital music open platform business and digital audio fingerprint identification technology to offer proposals. By comparing the scheme of audio fingerprinting technology, get the result of algorithms which is consistent with the requirement of platform.Then, design and implementation this system.The digital music open platform has been on line with more than two dozen mobile phone terminals, car service and intelligent television terminals. Since the platform is online, it improves the end-to-end operation efficiency, reduces the cost of the industrial chain, enhances the user personalize experience. Finally, let the digital music industry chain participants get huge commercial return.
