The Digital Music Copyright Dectect Technology Application Research Based On Internet

According to the International Intellectual Property Alliance estimates that the losses caused by digital music copyright issues have been reaching a high of$1.7billion, which bring a huge loss to the digital music rights holders. More and more authors and legitimate righters are unwilling to open its own digital music, which hinder the development and dissemination of digital music to some extent. Therefore an urgent effective means need to be taken to discover and detect digital music to provide legal rights basis to protect the rights of copyright holders.In this paper, an Internet-based digital music piracy detection solution is proposed: cloud storage technology and digital music feature extraction technology to record digital music’s basic information,record feature and authorization; Digital music network crawling technology of digital music on the Internet is used to download music and extract the feature information of the downloaded music; Compare the downloaded digital musics’ features and application detection record music’s feature, then based on the extracted digital watermark and comparison results, the authorization information to generate copyright detect report.The main innovation of this paper is as follows:Firstly, this paper proposed a audio word comparison algorithm model that based on the digital music feature, the algorithm need cluster the audio features into the audio word. and then form the audio word times to calculate audio word histogram, and through the cosine similarity algorithm to compute the similarity of digital music.At the second, this paper put forward an Internet-based digital music piracy detection scheme:The program implements the record of digital music, Internet-based digital music downloads, feature extraction and matching and provide the basis to defend the right of digital music via the generated detect report.The results showed that:this paper can achieve rapid and accurate digital music network download, feature extraction and matching to locate the source of the digital music piracy, it is possible to offer full range of detection for the Internet-based digital music.
