The rise of Android and other smart phones promote the explosive growth of smart phone network APPs; in return this influcents on the development of the network quality and request higher requirements in quality. Meanwhile, with the coming of commercial4G LTE network,the problem of whether mobile speed can achieve theoretical peak and which type of network has better performance has become a hot issue that operators and users pay so much concern.Research is under such background conditions, at first we define the way of evaluating mobile network service quality of terminal and continue to improve on this system.On the basis above, then we select the most popular,the most representative type of mobile APPs like download APPs, mobile videos and mobile games as research object. After making clear of mobile data features of these specific type of APPs, we started the research with standardization organizations documents, from different levels, such as network and transport layers start from ISO, from many different dimensions of time and reliability.Finally come up with a mathematical modeling of QoS of different APPs by AHP, so that the abstract quality of the mobile network can be calculated quantitatively.But mobile network QoS quality computing solutions can not represent the user’s experience, through theoretical analysis and experimental testing.Finally establish a map between QoE and the network indexs, proposed a model of QoE by using APPs by Logistic Regression.Then we compare the two models through comparions and prove the QoE model is better no matter from the reliability and stability.In the end,we look back the whole research and make clear of the value of the research from APP developers and the mobile operators.
