Design And Implementation Of Work Management Subsystem In An Application Of Mobile Business Management

Nowadays, Android phone has a high share of the smart phone market because of its outstanding performance and rich applications, which directly accelerate the development of mobile applications based on Android platform. With the portability and effectiveness, mobile business management applications based on Android have gradually become popular tools for the management of outdoor staff. Mobile business management applications treat mobile phone as an access point and the portability meets the high mobility characteristics of field staff fully. In addition, since the map localization technology becomes more mature, attendance authenticity of field staff has also been guaranteed effectively.However, existing mobile business management applications have several limitations, for example, operational processes are too cumbersome, the working report is excessively weak, interface is either too complex or too simple, and the user’s experience is insufficient, which cannot satisfy the requirement of business units. This thesis designs and implements the working management subsystem inside the mobile business management application, which is built on Android platform and meets the requirements of the business units. The working management subsystem mainly includes three modules, i.e., daily management, attendance management and setting management.Our daily management module includes filling and inquiring daily, creating and inquiring plans, pushing notifications. In addition, we add the daily classification in this module, which optimizes the daily operating procedures. Our attendance management module includes attendance records, the application and approval of travel, leave and overtime, attendance inquiry. In addition, in this module, we add the attendance reminder and use the push technology to simplify the process of application and approval.Our setting management module provides the function to add the basic personal information of the user. In order to ensure the security of the account, we add the phone verification function. Sharing function allows the user to recommend and share the mobile field application through the current popular social platform.Finally, we test the functionality and performance of each module. The result shows that the mobile business management application, which we design and implement, results in line with expectations and satisfies the requirement of business units.
