Plan&Design And Simulation Research Of Emergency Processed Grain Reserve Depots

The emergency processed grain reserve depots should take emergency respondence ability as well as grain storage quality into consideration under plan&design process. At the same time, the efficiency of investment also needs to get sufficient consideration. This study focuses on the depots plan&design derived from the synthesizing and assessment of grain quality, emergency responsiveness and economic investment.To ensure the quality of reserved grain, this study focuses on the construction planning&design of reserved depots and proposes some suggestions for reference, which includes the selection of warehouses style, the plan of warehouse scale, the design of storing craft, etc. To validate and optimize the efficiency and responsiveness of depots, this study also makes some planning&design of inner logistic system, including logistics equipment selection and storage layout design, then a kind of storage mode called sheet pallet has been applied into grain reserved depots. When it comes to the evaluation of investment, construction cost investment has been regarded as a measurement, and a cost estimation model framework has been developed on Excel platform.A project in Changsha, Hunan has been selected as a demonstration to use the above researches. After designing, this project has been modeled and simulated on AutoMod platform, and its efficiency can be validated and optimized according to the data from this model.This research provides a strategic support and solution to the emergency processed grain reserve depots under construction.s...
