With the rapid development of software and hardware technology, the rapidly changing business environment makes the software functions more and more complex, the scale becomes larger and larger, the requirements change frequently. Timely response to new demands, dynamic deployment of the new module has become a common problem faced by software companies worldwide. The software industry has been investigated, method, language and development tools that with scientific theory to solve the problem which urgent to solved facing in the process of software development. The existence of complexity, variability and unpredictability in software development, which makes the problem of long development cycles, high cost, higher quality etc. in software development process is still exists.OSGi technology is a lightweight, loosely coupled, service-oriented application development framework. Compared with other architectures, in terms of demand realization, OSGi can dynamically expand new function, real-time modify the existing system functionality and change the behavior of the system; in terms of technical implementation, OSGi can standardize the organization forms of modules and unified software development mode.This paper is based on the studies and application of OSGi technology, and through studying the mechanism and implementation of OSGi technology in depth, finally complete the analysis, design, development and implementation of the airport production management system. The main work of the project is to use OSGi technology function modules for each function airports production management system design division method, then all modules are integrated together to complete the airport manufacturing operations system, so technically changed the traditional method of systematic design airport, help airports the development of information technology building. This paper focuses on the production and management of the airport apron management system design and implementation of functional modules.
