Design And Research Of Food Storage Management System Based On ARM9and M0

At present, food warehouse management system is a system based on artificialcontrol and paper records, staff need to record goods information, take charge ofgoods, and monitor the warehouse environment such as: temperature, humidityregularly so as to ensure the freshness of the food. The warehouse managementsystem needs high cost of human.For the problem of high cost of traditional food warehouse management, thispaper designed a new type of automated warehouse management system based onARM9and M0. The system uses ARM9and M0embedded equipment, integratesRFID wireless radio frequency identification, ZigBee, BOA server technology, anduse Linux C language, finally complete the design of the management system.Design the module of ARM9. Write thread of processing the message queuerequest, thread of buzzer, thread of LED lamp, thread of camera, thread of sendingcommand to M0, thread of database, thread of accepting data from M0, thread ofanalysising data from M0, thread of refreshing share memory.Design the modules of data acquisition terminal of M0. First, research themethod of M0data acquisition, analyses processing method of the interrupt of card,the interrupt of commanding from M0and abnormal environment information, so asto design the work module, parameters obtained sensors of M0data acquisitionterminal upload though the ZICM2410module.Realize the communication of operating systems between the differentarchitecture using the system transplant technology. The main work includes theinstallation of cross toolchain, the transplantation of the U-boot, configuring the NFSserver, transplantation of the kernel and the transplantation of root file system in fiveparts, and then the transplantation of the kernel include building environment of A8and compiling A9kernel driver, A9kernel driver’s writing includes transplantationof JPEG library, transplantation of MJPG-streamer video streaming server, transplantation of USB-wifi, transplantation of SQLite.Design the client browser. I research basic code structure of the HTMLWebpage and each role of its components, analyze the working principle of thewhole network, and design the login page, home page.Experiment proves that the system of monitoring warehouse I designed canreach the purpose that staff completes the corresponding management through thebrowser, with the remote monitoring, environment’s data acquisition, punching cardfor recording goods’ information and other functions, will complete the intelligentfood warehouse management system.
